The machine has been refurbished in June 2009 by ASB Engineers using ASB original spares.
The following were the changes made:
1. Screw / Barrel 44 mm as per V3 to increase Shot Capacity
2. Rotary Table and housing to accommodate 5 cavity mould with suitable additional temperature controllers.
3. Bottom Mould up-down function added along with hydraulic circuit.
4. new Pumpset 15 and 51 gallon as per MB50-V2 was installed in 2010. This could be called a model 2/2 between V2 and V3.
