Dry cleaning system to process different kind of pre-ground materiales, at dry conditions and to separate the fines and dust contaminants during the process.
The system has been studied to process following materials pre-ground at 30mm (screen of shredder). Sorema machine can accept also slightly higher sized materials :
-Pre-ground PP big bags
-Pre-ground PP Moquettes
-Pre-ground PE Film (with exclusion to agricultural film)

SOREMA does not have a drying system.

Centrifugation (material must be dry for the process to be efficient)
Aerodynamic separator (type Zig-zag, cyclone)
Flitration of the fines recovered during the aerodynamic separation stage
Storage of the centrifugal/dust free flow
The machine's purpose is to decontaminate the surface of plastic waste. This type of equipment is specially designed to remove labels from crushed PET deposits, bottle sleeves, etc..
