The TCRG Core Saving and cutting machine is able to cut cardboard and pvc tube from min. OD. 80 mm to 230 mm. Organization of job using a programmable software by Siemens touch screen panel. • Semiautomatic Loader Mod.: The Semiautomatic loader it's an inclined plane, where the cores are loaded manually. The downloading inside the machine is automatic. Included on the body machine price

• Unloading System Mod: The cut cores will be collect on the left rollers after the cutting operations. A customized box can be positioned at the end of the rollers. in case of shorts cut it's really indicated to collect all the cores inside the special box. Included on the body machine price

• Cleaning system: The standard filter it's included on the body machine price. It's composed by a filter for the dust deposit and a vacuum system distributed along the machine, especially strong on the cutting station. It guarantees a perfect cleaning of the culled cores and a perfect cleaning of the machine.
