Machine without box erector
The box is opened by hand and placed on the belt. There it is pulled in by the machine and the bag is then inserted via the funnel. The filled box moves out and is placed back on a pallet by hand.

Format : 3, 5, 10 and 20 litre bags

Vitop valve, but can also be converted to pouch stand-up pouches by the manufacturer.

The machine produced 5 litre bags, 20,000 litres per day

Only little was produced with the machine (approx. 80,000 pieces)., The machine is currently set with a Vitop standard gripper.
According to the manufacturer, various heads can be gripped, including special grippers.
The filling and cleaning temperature
316 Stainless steel liquid circuit for fillings up to 90°C, closure under nitrogen, clamp and CIP.
The system is equipped with a cleaning program. CIP circuit integrated.

The system has filled juice. It is best suited for cold filling of wines or spirits and edible oil.
