The simple-head filler is an automatic machine that can fill ribbon bags under laminar flow.
It controls the Vitop cap, it fills the bags, it injects gaz (optional), it adds the cap.
All these operations are automatic and assured by an Omron PLC.
It has a circuit that allows it to be cleaned and sterilized on the spot, up to 130ºC.
It can be adapted to many necks and caps (Vitop, Sas, Spigot, Pres-Tap, Topette, Hose...).
With Hepa filter, with nitrogen entry.
Especially suited for wine.
