THE BASIC MACHINE IS COMPOSED OF:
- 1 piston-screw injector diam. 45 (445 cc) - hydraulic motor with injection-pouring system (INCOM PROCESS ®) complete with loading device for row rubber bands
- Thermo-regulated injector on three zones (2 on the barrel - 1 on the nozzle) with the thermoregulating units
- Automatic cutting system of the poured rubber on the nozzle, at the end of the injectisystem of control for the speed back nozzle, during the injection pouring phase, possibility to manage 5 speed zones (1 on the tip - 3 on the sole - 1 on the heel),electronically controlled by the proportional valve.
