FFP2/N95/KN95 Mask Making Machine is an easy set-up solution to produce folded masks, a total 3 manufacturing process (+ additional equipment for valves), first automatically forming N95/FFP2/KN95 mask bodies, and then be welded with the ear loop on, finally mask bodies be folded with the two edges sealed to output the final folded N95/FFP2/KN95 masks. The entire machineries consists of 3 types of machine + Mask Punching Breathing Valve Machines in case breathing valves are required.

1. Automatic Mask Body Forming Machine (3 sets)

This machinery is used to produce the N95/FFP2/KN95 mask bodies automatically, with an ultrasonic welding device to weld the 4 to 5 layers of mask fabric materials from the feeding system, together with the nose clip bar inserted, and the output will be the N95/FFP2/KN95 mask bodies with die-cut shape. This will be taken later to make ear loop and edge sealing devices.

2. Earloop Ultrasonic Welding Machine (11 sets)

This machine is used to weld the N95/FFP2/KN95 mask ear loops on the mask bodies produced in the previous process, featuring in automatic ear loop feeding system, one labor put the mask body, then the machine will automatically finish the 4 points of welding.

4. Mask Punching Breathing Valve Machine (7 sets)

This machine uses ultrasonic welding system to achieve the perfect combination of breathing valve, using horizontal adjustment dial controls; accuracy up to thousandth of a second; levelling base so as to effectively guarantee the welding of the high quality masks.
