- Slenderness ratio up to 4.37:1 which guarantees high working capacity and important operational advantages;

- Stainless steel product contact parts with high chemical-mechanical performance, suitable for specific product/process requirements;
- Protection against wear of the auger helix, with sintered tungsten carbide platelets in the areas subject to the highest wear, high hardness materials for the product intake and dehydrated product evacuation sections (easy to replace and/or replace);
- Automatic operation and low energy consumption;
- Suspensions with high damping efficiency.
- Gradual start-up of the centrifugal extractor and regulation of the drum rotation speed through the inverter;

- Electronic Rotovariator: it is a device entirely designed, built and industrialized by Pieralisi Group, covered by international patent: it allows the continuous and automatic regulation of the centrifugal extractor according to the characteristics of the fed product, thanks to the electronic control that adapts the differential turns of the screw in relation to the instantaneous load; it allows the energy saving because it returns to the main motor the absorbed couple;
