Volumetric filling unit suitable semi-liquid and creamy products, composed of:

· Hermetically sealed manifolds for the conveyance and recovery of the cleaning solutions, allowing CIP cleaning by automatic insertion of the manifold onto the filling nozzles

IN-MOULD CUP LABELLING - IML
The supply includes:
· Paper roll un-winder consisting of a device that supports the paper label roll
· Rotary cutting group consisting of a motorized group of rotary blades that cut the paper film in longitudinal stripes
· Stripe transport from the rotary knife to the counter-mould
· Stripe feeding device consisting of couples of motorized rolls that insert the stripes into the counter-mould
· Label cutting device consisting of a group of scissor-blades that cut the labels from the stripes in the desired length by means of reference spots printed on the paper film
· Counter-mould consisting of a unit that received the labels from the stripe feeding device and inserts them into the tilting forming mould
· Tilting mould that rotates by 90° after cup forming to release the formed cups and meet the counter-mould to receive the cut labels
