Station winder with 5 independent winding stations, each consisting of 2 winding arms. of which 1 arm of each station is driven by its own motor. The stations can take 76 and 152 cores of cardboard or plastic. The shaftless unwinder with pneumatically tensioning clamping heads is mounted on linear slides with their own guides that allow lateral movement with an adjustment range of with an adjustment range of ± 100 mm. The automatic web edge control, manufactured by BST, can detect both web edges and control lines. The cutting group is designed for a circular knife cut (scissor cut principle). It consists of a lower slitter shaft equipped with multiple grooving knives and a cutter shaft equipped with circular knives. The final reels can be taken directly from the winding stations, or, in the case of heavier weights, they can be placed on the removal trolley and out of the machine from the side.
