Learn more about SIPA and its machinery

SIPA, founded in 1980 in Italy, began as an engineering company specializing in integrated systems for flexible automation. In 1986, it made a strategic move into PET packaging production, acquiring a license to produce PET bottles in a single-stage process. Over the years, SIPA has significantly expanded its product line and market presence, achieving milestones such as installing its first machines at Coca-Cola in 1994 and obtaining ISO 9001 certification in 1996. Today, SIPA is known for its innovation in designing and manufacturing PET packaging machinery, with manufacturing plants in Italy and China and a global sales and service network.
SIPA machines can manufacture a wide variety of plastic products, such as:
  • PET bottles for water, juices, soft drinks, and dairy products.
  • Containers for chemicals, cosmetics, and pharmaceuticals.
  • PET preforms for bottle production.
  • Special and large containers for various industrial and commercial uses.
  • SIPA machines incorporate several advanced technologies:
  • Single-Stage Injection-Stretch-Blow Molding (ISBM): Process integrating preform injection and blowing in a single step, optimizing efficiency and quality.
  • Rotary and Linear Blow Molding: Equipment designed for high and medium-speed production, offering flexibility and energy efficiency.
  • Direct Recycling Technology: Solutions like XTREME Renew that allow the use of recycled PET flakes directly in preform production.
  • Digital Solutions: Platforms like ECHO that connect people, businesses, and resources to optimize production and maintenance.
  • In the industry, SIPA machines may also be known as:
  • PET injection-stretch-blow molding machines.
  • Rotary and linear blow molding equipment.
  • PET preform production systems.
  • PET packaging machines.
  • The price of used SIPA machinery varies significantly depending on the type of machine, technology, and year of manufacture. Known for their excellence in the beverage packaging industry, SIPA machines are highly regarded for their innovation and reliability.
Used SIPA injection stretch blow moulding machines for PET bottles, as well as stretch blow moulding machines, typically range from €65,000 to €100,000. These machines are essential for producing high-quality PET bottles, offering precision and efficiency that are crucial for maintaining consistent production standards. Their advanced technology ensures optimal performance, making them a preferred choice for manufacturers seeking to produce PET bottles with precision and reliability.
On the higher end of the spectrum, used SIPA filling lines can range from €130,000 to €500,000. These lines are designed to handle various types of beverages, providing flexibility and high performance.
