The machine has been constantly maintained , in 1996 a complete revamping was made with original WP parts . The maintenance includes the mixing chambers plates, sealing of drop door and durst stop sealing rings, rotors were OK. Dosing System It’s composed by n°10 silos with a capacity of 10 cubic meters each. Screw transporter are installed to load the scales. From scale to mixing chamber the transfer is by gravity. The control system is able to manage the all line including mixing cycles, recipes and materials quantity. Some parts are not included Batch off and Mill Batch off and mill ( are in the pictures ) but are not available to sell. Machine support platform The machines is supported (mezzanine) by means of a steel platform that can be dismounted/re-used , has been designed specifically for this machine and is available to sell with the machine.
