    This is an automatic unit to take off photo - resist just after etching operation.

    9 CHROMIUM PLATING UNIT (single - tbu)
    Unit consist of two parts : upper plating tub and lower electrolyte reservour.
    ELECTROLYTIC DEGREASING UNIT
    This is a fine cleaning device for cylinder, prior to copper or nickel plating operation. Degreasing
    is made electrolyticaly.

    10 COPPER PLATING UNIT (single - tub)
    High speed copper plating unit with full immersion.

    11 MIST SCRUBBER UNIT
    Collect the mist/gas from unit in B zone.

    12 CHEMICAL WASTE TANK
    Three different waste tank comes with New FX series.
