Downstream for PP straps (Reggia)

A) 1st Ironing (slow).
Consisting of a metal frame with mounted :
- N. 5 chromium plated and ground rollers, diameter 190 mm - length 200 mm, driven by an alternating current motor of 3 kW at variable speed with Inverter ( max. speed 30 mt/min ).
- N. 1 Pressing roller covered in rubber hardness 70 - 80 Sh in input with pneumatic control raise - lower.

B) Ironing.
Hot water ironing tank consisting of a metal frame with mounted :
- 4 m long stainless steel tank, shrouded and insulated.
- Electric heater unit Kw. 10
- Complete with thermoregulators for water temperature control 70 - 80 degrees.
- Cover opening and closing with pneumatic system.

C) 2nd (fast) iron.
Consisting of a metal frame with mounted :
- N. 5 chromium-plated and ground rollers, diameter 190 mm - length 200 mm, driven by an alternating current motor of Kw.3 at variable speed with Inverter ( max. speed 100 mt/min ).
- N. 1 Pressing roller covered in rubber hardness 70 - 80 Sh with pneumatic control

D) Stabilisation.
Electric hot-air tunnel furnace.
Consists of a metal frame with mounted :
- 4-metre long stainless steel tank, shrouded and insulated.
- Electric heating element unit Kw. 10 complete with thermoregulators for temperature control.
- Hot air circulation (temperature 150° - 180°) by means of electric fan controlled by Inverter (flow regulation ).
- Lid opening and closing with pneumatic system.

E ) Knurling / Embossing.
Consisting of a metal frame with :
- N. 2 embossed and chrome-plated cylinders motorised with 0.75 Kw servo-ventilated AC motor controlled by Inverter.
- The upper cylinder is opened and closed by means of N. 2 pneumatic cylinders with adjustable pressure
adjustable pressure + mechanical stop.

F ) Stainless steel water cooling tank, 4 metres long, complete with :
- Series of steel idle rollers for strap passage in water ( 4 passages in water ).
- Set of steel idle rollers for external strap passage (4 passages in air).
- Pneumatic raise-lower cylinders + dancer roller.

G ) 3-roller towing unit with press roller.
Consisting of a metal frame with mounted :
- No. 3 rollers diameter 190 mm - length 200 mm, chrome plated and ground, driven by an AC motor of 3 kW at variable speed with inverter.
- The opening and closing of the pressing cylinder made of rubber with a hardness of 70 - 80 sh at the outlet is by means of N. 2 pneumatic cylinders with adjustable pressure + mechanical stop.
