Depending on the product, the hourly output is approx. 3,500 - 5,000 l (milk feed) with a standing time of 8 hours.
The system consists of
1)
3 filterstages:
1st stage consists of 6 pressure pipes 6" with 2 spiral wound modules each (filter type DS-IP020-6338E1 from
Mikrodyn Nadir). The filter area per module is 13.4 m²,
total filter area 160.8 m².
Centrifugal pump 145 m³/h, 3.5 bar, FU controlled
2nd stage consists of 4 pressure pipes in the same design as in stage 1. Filter area 107.2 m².
Centrifugal pump 160 m3/h, 5 bar, FU controlled
3rd stage with P&F module M37/9/2 from Tetra, 9 m²
Displacement pump 75 m³/h, 6 bar, FU controlled
2) Cleaning tank, but without cleaning pump
3) Milk pump for the milk supply
4) Conical tank with displacement pump, which are required for start-up. Can be seen on the video!
5) Electrical cabinet with operating elements and Simatik control unit
Not included:
1) As already mentioned, the cleaning pump is missing
2) The storage tank (approx. 10,000 litres) for the softened water required for cleaning cannot be supplied because the carry out the tank cannot be done
3) Water softening system for the cleaning water
4) Special tools for pressing the plates together in the 3rd stage. These tools are necessary when replacing the filter
5) Pipe connections
