Butter machinery is used to mix, homogenise and thicken dairy cream to produce butter. Several devices are used to make butter, such as a hopper, a mixer, a homogeniser, a cutting blade and a device for collecting the finished product. The process starts with the feeding of the cream into the hopper. It is agitated with a mixer to provide a uniform mixture and then sent through the homogeniser to break the air bubbles and achieve the desired consistency. After that, they are cut into sticks before being collected by the collecting device. The main brands of butter machinery are Benhil, Trepko, Westfalia, Comat and Egli.

Fully overhauled Vezzadini EP8-N machine to dose and wrap butter bricks. Original year: Not known. Fully refurbished in 2011. Butter bricks from 100g up to 500g in rectangular or oval shape. The machine is dismantled and stored.
