Skimmers and Centrifuges are an ideal solution for mechanical cleaning of liquids. This equipment separates solids from the liquid through a mechanical process, in order to remove impurities and unwanted particles in products such as milk, fruit juice, fermented beverages, etc. The technology used in this machine consists of the centrifugal force generated by the rotating blades which creates an internal radial flow inside the cylinder. During the process, two discharges are produced: An upper discharge where the suspended solids are collected and a lower discharge where the clean liquid exits. Centrifugation is highly effective in removing unwanted contaminants from the final product without altering its organoleptic and nutritional properties.
