The Ter 850 BT is an alternative machine driven by servomotor, designed to produce flat conical and truncated conical bags with pearl welding, printed or anonymous, on 1 lane. It can also produce bottom bags and T-shirt bags, as there is an external die-cutter. The machine can work from reel, on the reel holder integrated in the machine. A PLC manages the electrical control of the machine. A servomotor drives the feeding rollers (which can be moved according to the conicity of the bag) and an AC motor with frequency inverter drives the welder and the extraction. The welder also has an oscillating movement by means of a mechanical-pneumatic system. Measurement change by means of a multi-turn potentiometer and manually adjustable welding time. Unwinding section formed by compensator and unwinding rollers driven by AC motor and frequency inverter. Extractor carriage with automatic tape tensioner, manual adjustment of the extraction moment and extractor rollers adjustable according to bag conicity. Automatic stacker table with bag separator-collector.
