APV was integrated more than a decade ago into SPX, a North American company founded in 1912 that manufactures machinery for the food, beverage, dairy and pharmaceutical markets. Under the APV-SPX brand, heat exchangers, pumps, valves, mixers, solvents and homogenizers are manufactured.

It is still installed on site, but out of use since December 2017, when the production stopped.
