4 stage pasteurizer: Recuperation 1, Heating, Recuperation 2, Coooling. Automatic process, with automatic regulation of temperature. Graphical temperature registration. Possibility of connecting to computer network for data storage.
Max pasteurizing temperature: Inlet 4 dgr, Pasteurization 72-95 dgr, Outlet 4-45 dgr (programmable). Design max temperature: 120 dgr.
Products: It is programed for milk, but could be used for cream too. Max capacity for cream: 2000 l/h

Milk is transported with pump and is heated in the zones: recuperation and heating.
Constant level tank, capacity 500 L, automatic level regulation, automated pressure valve
Temperature regulation is SAMSON DN32
Fully automatic pasteurization
Heating by hot water Q = 7,5 m3 /h at 1 bar pressure
Cooling by ice water Q = 11,3 m3/h at 1,2 bar pressure
The machine is still installed and could be tested with water.
