Roll flatting line transports the rolls from the slitting machine to the packing machine/box. The roll flatting line has a separation unit with a roll separation function (breaking off) and with horizontal hammering unit (core hammering function) as well as output unit, which can be adjusted based on customer needs (1, 2 or 3 layer output). Roll flatting line can operate with roll from 35mm to 85mm diameter. The machine adopts the PLC touch screen control system, with automatic separation and hammering system.
