Rotogravure printing Machine Schiavi with extensive retrofit:
In a first step, the Bobst company renewed the entire machine control in 2020, replaced the drive motors of the main drive as well as the winding and unwinding and the in- outfeed and turning bars with highly efficient DC motors, and installed a new register control of the type
“Registron S 6100 D”. All cooling rollers and piping were also replaced and a second web observation camera was installed.
In 2022, the entire electrostatic printing support was renewed. The electrostatic printing support system of the type "Heliofurn H-94" which was supplied by Spengler Electronic AG is now installed.
The control of the "Bloss" viscosity control was replaced by MUCCE GROUP GmbH in 2023. Precise viscosity control is now ensured by a "GROUND.X".
In order to reduce electricity consumption, all 12 recirculation fans and the control cabinet overpressure fan were replaced by Bobst in 2024. By installing the new, speed-controlled, highly efficient fans, electricity consumption was reduced by over 40%.
