Within the ice cream machinery, there is automated equipment that mixes, homogenises and freezes the ingredients required for ice cream production. These machines are designed to provide a wide range of products from a variety of flavours and textures. The quantity produced depends on the model, but many can be up to thousands per hour. The machines usually contain several different tools such as agitators, mixers, homogenisers and freezers among others. These devices are used to create specific recipes as well as to control the size of the final product. Some models also include complex systems that allow the operator to adjust them according to different parameters, such as temperature and humidity, which is useful when trying to achieve new flavours or variations in the consistency of the final product. The main brands of ice cream machinery are Teknoice, Catt 27, Apv, Sawvel or SIdam.

Crepaco KLMT 118 ice cream freezer, year 1973 It works with Freon. Capacity: 680 l/h (@-5.5ºC drawing temperature, with 340 l/h as mix input volume) 442 l/h (@-10ºC drawing temperature, with 221 l/h as mix input volume) Includes : - a complete mixer - manuals It does NOT include the cooling unit & compressor.
Ice cream packing machine from Vojta Equipment, Nagema PU3 Speed: approx. 2000 p/h With storage of waffels. Allows producing the sandwich product with waffels, not with biscuits. Two packages possible: 1. Just ice cream brick, 70 gr. 2. Sandwich product with waffles, 80 gr. In good condition and well maintained. Last production was in March 2022. Nowadays dismantled ands stored.
