The granulometry of the optimal materials with which it works is 0-30mm, with the lower the soluble and viscous the less soluble and viscous the solid fraction of the product being the better the drying quality. It can be installed as a reception element for several pieces of equipment in a horizontal or inclined position up to 75º, transporting, compacting and dosing the solid material simultaneously. The maximum inlet humidity is 75-80, with a weight loss of around 75% and moisture loss of 50% depending on the consistency and porosity curve of each material. Machine aimed at transporting, compacting and separating solid-liquid materials from various materials, such as washed plastics (film). In its drying system, the material is drained by the action of an auger. The machine is equipped with a system in its discharge area that compacts and heats the material in such a way that it is separated from the water. These machines are usually placed at the end of film washing lines. The washed plastic enters the compaction chamber, which is composed of a perforated sheet metal jacket and an inner auger and at the end of the chamber a hydraulically actuated cover that makes it difficult to exit the compaction chamber. This difficulty is what causes the pressure inside the compaction chamber to increase and therefore the water is drained through the walls which are made of perforated sheet metal and only the particles come out through the outlet. In this way, the volume of the plastic is considerably reduced.
