A single lane feeding belt, which transports the products into the feeder tube. Feeder Tube for Belt Feeder Transports the product stacks from belt feeder to the screw feeder •Handling section •Corona Pre-treatment station •Printing section with 6 colour heads •Curing station: Curing on Mandrel, Single UV-lamp system, 6kW curing capacity •Take off / re-stacking unit Extras included: 1- Video Punch and Bending Jig: A tool for punching of mounting holes in the printing plates. The tool uses one camera and monitor for high accurate punching of the mounting holes and guarantees a registration accuracy within 0.07 mm. The plate ends can be accurately bent for precise mounting of the printing plates. 2-Quick Set Ink Fountain with Segmented Knife: A scale to show ink flow through ink knife giving reference point and repeatable settings. Levers are used to adjust the segmented ink knife. 3-Laser Counting Re-stacker: The cups rims are counted when they pass a laser. When the correct number of cups has passed the laser sensor, the stack is pushed forward and rolls onto the collecting table. 4- 2 Blanket Mode (for print lengths > 340 mm): This (electronic) mode changes the drive ratio between the index unit and the print section and enables longer printing lengths up to 425 mm. Hold-on Mechanism . A mechanical hold-on which ensures the product stays on the mandrel during printing (required for special cup types only). 5- Tray Feeder: A-frame tray feeder with width of 950 mm (useful width). 6- EPS In-feed Belt: Conveying Belt up to 10’, actual length TBD above feeder rods under an angle of 45° for stack pressure with 3 sensors (high, medium and low level) to control in-feed speed. 7- Screw Separator: Feeds cups one by one into a special feeding tube (sized to product) with stack level control. Used for non- bending stacks. 8- Air Jet Separator: Feeds cups one by one, by air, into a special feeding tube (sized to product) with stack level control.
