Today it has a staff of 25 people who continue to offer innovative solutions in blow molding extrusion and automation. Its machines are set up to manufacture 24/7 with little need for manpower. Throughout its history it has sold more than 3500 machines worldwide.

    The machine was manufactured in 1991 and was generally overhauled in 2003. The machine has been maintained every six months and is in good condition. Defects are not known at this time. The pressure accumulator was checked annually and is in a safe operating condition. Documentation is available. The hydraulic oil has been cleaned electrostatically every year and is as good as new. All the other operating instructions, hydraulic diagram, circuit diagram, etc. are also available. In a second control cabinet is the control for a low performance extruder incl. melt pump. One torpedo single head and one torpedo double head are included. The 2-fold head has a center distance of 55 mm. The connecting flange does not fit to this extruder, but can be adapted easily. The clamping and installation dimensions are Hesta standard. Scope of delivery: The hopper conveying device is not part of the scope of delivery, the lower container is. Various nozzle heating belts are included in the scope of delivery. The protective grid was moved forward by approx. 10 cm.
